The American School in London has been a stalwart in FIRST programs since 2005, participating in FIRST Robotics, FIRST LEGO League, and FIRST Tech Challenge. With a wealth of experience across these programs, ASL positions itself as the seasoned veteran ready to offer invaluable advice and support to other teams. They’re all about sharing their extensive know-how to help teams get their robots up and running, contributing to the scoring, and keeping the motivation high.
ASL’s ambition is clear: to share their extensive experience with all hub members, offering a unique perspective. Their primary goal this season is to ensure every team has a functioning robot that can contribute to scoring. They believe there’s no greater motivation for students than seeing their hard work come to life in a robot that moves and scores!
The bedrock of FIRST Tech Challenge. These experienced schools act as outreach partners, provide support to teams, serve as training and event venues – helping us maximise our impact regionally.
