Biography

Aston University Engineering Academy is a specialist secondary school in Birmingham on the edge of the sponsoring Aston University campus.

We ensure young people are equipped with the right knowledge for life and skills for the future with the goal of allowing successful and sustained careers in all aspects of STEM in all sectors and industries. As part of our initiative to drive STEM-based learning, since 2019, our team Bostin Dynamics has participated in FIRST Tech Challenge UK.

Ambition

We aspire for the hub to be at the centre of a sharing network where support is provided, collaboration is encouraged and creativity is nurtured. We hope to support and elevate the FIRST Tech Challenge UK locally in the West Midlands region, empowering young people with the opportunities to develop skills in an environment that fosters a passion for STEM education. We want the West Midlands hub to be seen as a communal space where collaboration and innovation can inspire the next generation of innovators.
